SCC Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) is manufactured using the state-of-the-art Technology and innovation.
As a part of our value offering, SCC deploys Expert quality systems to manage the quality of raw
material and efficient raw mix design and cube test results to analyse data statistically.
RMC is manufactured at state-of-the-art computerised automatic batching and mixing with
contemporary technology at our plants. Homogeneous mixing of concrete is ensured by use
of special high-efficiency turbo-twin shaft mixer. The laboratory is highly equipped,
and managed with a well-trained team of engineers and an efficient quality control department
monitoring and supervising the system.

Plant
The plant is equipped with BHS Mixer Twin Shaft and is run by highly qualified
technicians under the supervision of professionally qualified engineers, who are trained as per global
manufacturing standards. The production team follows scientific techniques to ensure the
output is in conformity to the prescribed quality, parameters and time-lines.
The entire plant, machinery& equipment’s are subjected to a well planned preventive
maintenance program to ensure peak performance and lower-than the industry average down time

Quality
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Equipped with the latest state-of-the-art testing
laboratory and qualified technical staff, we ensure that all aggregates and cement tests are carried out to
internationally recognized standards. Production & Quality Control physical and chemical tests on raw materials
are carried out in our fully equipped laboratory.
Washed sand is tested for chlorides, sulphates and silt content
A lot of trials and tests are also carried out, especially for the performance of the various concrete mixes with
regard to absorption and permeability properties for durability purposes. This is why we places great emphasis on
quality by expanding the parameters of its concrete quality management model from quality control to quality
assurance.
